#16 WHEN IT COMES TO HEALTH…EVERYTHING REALLY BOILS DOWN TO COMMUNICATION -

The brain must communicate with the body and send life giving energy to the target parts…and, in turn, the body must provide the brain with feedback.

It that essential communication is interfered with for any reason, things can and will go wrong.

IT’S CALLED THE SAFETY PIN CYCLE – BUT ACTUALLY IT’S A PHILOSOPHY OF HEALTH…

and an attempt to address some much asked questions such as:

 What is health? Where does it come from?

If I’ve lost it, how can I get it back?

Maybe it oversimplifies everything…but I like things that are easy to understand.

The top of the safety pin represents the brain and the bottom represents the body.

The connections, both down and up, represent the energy flow from the brain to the body…and then back to the brain again.

That’s where much get missed in the realm of medicine.

Medical art assumes the body is doomed to fail…but the entire premise is faulty.

Our incredible body thrives when it’s allowed to operate without interference.

Not only is it crucial for the brain to communicate with the body (- That’s how the brain controls the body and coordinates all functions. )

THE BODY MUST ALSO BE ABLE TO SEND MESSAGES BACK TO THE BRAIN.

HOW ELSE CAN THE BRAIN DECIDE WHAT TO DO NEXT?

For example, if the GI tract doesn’t let the brain know that food has arrived in the stomach how can the brain know to release the multitude of hormones, acids, and enzymes that are required to digest what you ate for lunch?

If the complete cycle fails - if there is an interference to essential nerve function - then the brain receives faulty information regarding what the body needs…

That explains the importance of making sure there is no interference – no interruption to nerve flow, no dangerous chemicals added – and that preventive care and maintenance is provided.

GET YOUR SPINE CHECKED – AVOID CONTAMINANTS and DRUGS WHENEVER POSSIBLE – FEED THE BODY HEALTHY FOODS – EXERCISE – HYDRATE AND GIVE IT ADEQUATE REST. Then leave it alone and let it do it’s job.
